A $1,500 non-refundable deposit is due by July 15, 2025 to secure your spot. Remaining balance, $2,450, is due September 15, 2025. Cancellations prior to September 15, 2025 will receive a partial refund (maximum of $1,500). Cancellations after September 15, 2025 forfeit a refund. If Encounters Unlimited has to cancel the trip for any reason, a full refund will be given.
