2025 Oregon Wine Encounter Deposit

Explore Portland and Willamette Valley (Oregon’s wine country) on this all-inclusive 5 night trip. You’ll learn all there is to know about Oregon wines with your very own Level 3 WSET sommelier along with you, as well as visit spots like the Japanese Gardens and an alpaca farm. This all-inclusive package is based on a double occupancy rate and includes your personal guide and sommelier, Rachel Mobley; all airport transfers and ground transportation; all lodging and excursions; three lunches; and all breakfasts, dinners and drinks. Portland’s accommodations are at the Canopy Hilton [Pearl District], while A Tuscan B&B will be home during your stay in McMinnville.

A $1,500 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your spot on this Oregon trip..

1. Final payment is due 7 days prior to arrival date.

2. If individuals cancel less than 7 days prior to the trip they will forfeit all trip fees.

3. If for any reason the trip is cancelled by Encounters Unlimited, a full refund will be made to the contracting party.

4. The contracting party understands the risk involved with travel and travel activities and/or excursions and will obtain travel insurance independently if so desired.
